With its main campus in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, 51成人猎奇 comprises an action-oriented global network of faculty, staff, students and alumni who forge powerful bonds with each other and with their communities around the globe.
鈥淚t was valuable to see the culture that influenced much of the modern world, and draw comparisons between the Greek culture and my own.鈥

Established over 15 years ago, the WINS program was designed to provide international education experiences for U.S. undergraduate students across multiple institutions. King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania was the first WINS partner. 51成人猎奇 has always worked to meet an unmet need in higher education, and the WINS program continues in this important tradition.
Webster's mission is to ensure "high quality learning experiences that transform students for global citizenship and individual excellence." Founded in 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri, by Sisters of Loretto, a Catholic religious organization, Webster College (originally named Loretto College) was one of the first Catholic women's colleges west of the Mississippi River. Webster was progressive for its time, providing higher education to women, and has continued this spirit while expanding programs around the world. For a look at the program offerings, visit the Study Abroad website, or browse through our WINS catalog online.

Arianna Billias: I'm from Northeastern University in Boston, and I'm studying Media Communications here at Webster. Northeastern is part of the WINS program, so that's how I discovered 51成人猎奇 Vienna in the first place.

I hadn't heard of it before. Webster was really helpful. They organized a pre-departure meeting with me on the phone and went over absolutely everything I could have asked. They made it a lot easier for me just by offering any advice I needed.
So the courses I'm taking at Webster are a lot like my courses at home.
[Group of students singing and clapping, standing in rows.]
[Two students smiling and wearing ethnic headgear. Three students shown wearing ethnic costumes.]
It's a little different because you have people from absolutely everywhere in your classes. Students from Turkey, Greece, Mexico. I'm from the states. Like every perspective you can imagine. So I think coming abroad is amazing you get to immerse yourself in the culture.

And all that is so important, but academically, I definitely I need to do well in my classes. I needed those credits to transfer back. So I think the peace of mind of having those classes taught in English was really important for me.
When you come to Vienna campus, it's one building and has everything you need in it, so it's really convenient, and it doesn't hurt that it's an old palace building. It's absolutely beautiful. I like it a lot.
Text on screen: Dorms
[Four students waving from a terrace.]
Life in the dorms is really cool here. Everyone lives in the same building so that's pretty cool because I didn't want to be looking for an apartment. I didn't know how I would even approach that.
[Three students in a lounge area at the Vienna campus.]
And yeah, there's a kitchen downstairs.
[Two students cooking in a kitchen.]
There's sort of a student area you can do homework, just hang out with people. They have everything you need here.
[Three students sit together at a table working on schoolwork.]
It's pretty close to campus, so I can't complain. I would definitely recommend Webster Vienna to anyone who asked me. It's really safe. I love that it's an American University; the classes are great; easily transfers back, which is really important.
[People biking and walking around a park in Vienna. There are horsedrawn carriages and a castle. People walk around a park water fountain.]
And then I think I would just sell Vienna it's just in the center of Europe. It's in the center of everything. I'm going to Budapest, Poland, Croatia, Florence all within the coming weeks. I would definitely tell anyone to come to Vienna. It's been amazing so far.

WINS at NAFSA
Each year during the NAFSA conference, WINS holds a networking reception for current and interested partner institutions. This lively and informal event is a great way to learn about the program, meet staff and mingle with colleagues from a diverse range of institutions.
WINS Conferences and Site Visits
In the past, WINS has hosted conferences at our international campuses, including Geneva, Vienna, Leiden and Athens. We will keep partners notified on any future international opportunities.
WINS has also helped coordinate several individual site visits. If you鈥檙e planning a trip to Europe and would like to visit one of our campuses while you鈥檙e there, please let us know and we鈥檇 be more than happy to help facilitate that.
鈥淲hat I loved was that everyone on the program was very friendly. I made lots of friends, and the staff and faculty were really welcoming. Athens is an easy place to love. Overall, I had an amazing experience.鈥
